Legionella Remedial Plumber

Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Legionella Remedial Plumber to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation. We are looking for a Legionella Remedial Plumber who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same. As the Legionella Remedial Plumber​​​​​​​, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services. The Legionella Remedial Plumber​​​​​​​, will be responsible for: Carry out a range of monitoring, one-off remedial cleaning, chemical testing and minor plumbing tasks. This is to work across a wide range of client sites and meet their ' agreed requirements with regards to the Legionella control programme as set out in the Water Technical Manual. Carry out plumbing tasks in line with the Approved Code of Practice L8. To be an ambassador for the Company whilst visiting customers sites. Maintain customer's water safe logbooks in line with the Approved Code of Practice L8 and company guidelines. Take a variety of Water samples from multiple sector properties and document these samples in line with the Water Technical Manual guidance. Complete and submit all documentation relating to the work carried out in a timely manner. Produce documentation and follow the progress of any paperwork regarding customer queries. Carry out water system clean and disinfections in accordance with the Approved Code of Practice L8 with guidance for the Water Technical Manual. To be successful for this Legionella Remedial Plumber​​​​​​​ role you must have: Experienced Commercial Plumbers within the FM sector, experience within Compliance Servicing, Legionella Monitoring or Water Treatment is desirable. Basic IT skills, preferably with Microsoft package. The ability to work under pressure, being able to manage and work to deadlines. NVQ level 2 in Plumbing is an essential minimum requirement for this role.
