The Role: As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will leverage your expertise in the IT and Technology space to deliver high-quality recruitment solutions. Your responsibilities will include: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates within the IT and Technology sectors. Managing the full recruitment process from job specification through to offer negotiation. Identifying new business opportunities and expanding the client base within your specialist vertical. Mentoring and training junior consultants to help them succeed. Working alongside senior leadership to drive the strategic direction and growth of the recruitment team. Ultimately, you will have the opportunity to build and lead your own recruitment team, shaping your team's culture and performance.What We're Looking For: To succeed in this role, you'll need: Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the IT and Technology sectors. Strong track record of successfully placing candidates at various levels within the tech industry. A proactive, consultative approach with clients and candidates alike. Experience of business development and winning new clients. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
