Job Description

Job Title: Recruitment Partner Location: West Midlands (Hybrid/Onsite) Salary: £42,000 - £47,000 per annum Contract: Permanent About the Role We are looking for a highly experienced Recruitment Partner to take the lead in senior hiring, working closely with hiring managers to drive recruitment campaigns, source top talent, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle. This is a strategic role where you will play a key part in shaping and executing hiring strategies while ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience. You will be responsible for direct sourcing, managing stakeholder relationships, leading recruitment projects, and negotiating contracts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to influence hiring decisions at all levels. Key Responsibilities Lead senior hiring campaigns, working closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, build job profiles, and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Act as a trusted recruitment advisor, providing expert guidance on hiring best practices, market insights, and talent acquisition strategies. Directly source high-calibre candidates using various methods, including headhunting, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and talent mapping. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job advertising and screening to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, ensuring alignment on hiring needs and recruitment timelines. Delegate tasks to Recruitment Advisors, ensuring smooth coordination of transactional recruitment activities. Conduct salary benchmarking and contract negotiations, ensuring competitive and fair offers. Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles, proactively engaging with passive candidates for future opportunities. Work closely with internal teams to drive process improvements and ensure recruitment aligns with business goals. Ensure compliance with employment regulations and internal policies throughout the hiring process. About You Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment with a focus on senior-level hiring. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and advise hiring managers. Excellent direct sourcing and headhunting abilities, using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and networking. Experience managing multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Ability to negotiate contracts and ensure competitive offers are made. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment law, and market trends. Highly organised with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Why Join?
