Customer Liaison Officer – 6 month contract We are partnering with a ‘cradle to grave’ project delivery partner specialising in planning, commercial and project management. Due to continued growth in their team, they are seeking a Customer Liaison Officer to aid with their development in Tottenham, London. Responsibilities Customer Communication: Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring clear and efficient communication. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote loyalty and retention. Collaboration with Teams: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are understood and met. Issue Resolution: Monitor customer feedback and proactively address issues or complaints to ensure satisfaction. Reporting: Provide regular updates to management on customer interactions and service performance. Requirements Full, clean UK driving license (essential). Willingness to travel to various project sites and attend stakeholder meetings. Previous experience in a customer-facing role, within the construction or utilities industry (essential). Experience working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders (essential). Proven ability to manage and resolve complaints effectively (essential). Benefits £150-£175 per day
