Our client is a well-established Main Contractor with a regional office located Oxfordshire. They currently enjoy a turnover of c£200million and operate within a variety of sectors including; Leisure, Commercial, Multi-room, Industrial Warehouse and Framework with the majority of the schemes that they deliver being of a new build nature. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading Main Contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects. If you are a highly motivated and an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for your next challenge, we want to hear from you About You: • Experience of Commercially & Contractually managing a scheme up to the value of £10 million. • Previous experience as an Senior Quantity Surveyor • Reside within commutable distance of Oxford. • Experience of working within the Construction industry for a main contractor.
