Sub Agent Location: Swindon/Bristol Experience Required Experience in construction management, processes and techniques Leadership experience working with a geographically diverse team Knowledge of safety and compliance management processes Detailed knowledge of relevant standards and procedures 5 years' experience of operational railway environment Knowledge of other functional subject areas Local Accident & Incident Investigation Good interpersonal, influencing, communication and organisation skills Experience of working on civils projects Experience of managing paperwork, H&S programmes To be successful in this position the Sub Agent must have the following: A BSc, MSc, or BEng level qualification in a Civil Engineering aligned subject Civil Engineering experience Preferably worked in the rail sector PTS preferable but not essential Previous site experience in delivering projects to programme If this position is of interest to you, please apply with an updated copy of your CV
