Job Description

ROLE: Senior/Project Manager LOCATION: London SALARY: £75,000 package Position Overview: As the Architectural Metalwork Project Manager, you will play a key role in guiding metalwork projects from conception to completion. This position involves managing project timelines, budgets, and resources while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. We are seeking a leader with exceptional project management skills and a deep understanding of architectural and structural metalwork processes. Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning and execution of architectural and structural metalwork projects, including facades, staircases, balustrades, canopies, and bespoke installations. Collaborate with architects, engineers, designers, and subcontractors to develop detailed project plans, specifications, and schedules. Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Conduct regular site visits to oversee construction progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with specifications and safety regulations. Communicate effectively with clients and project teams to provide updates, address concerns, and maintain strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Implement quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of craftsmanship and adherence to industry regulations. Proactively identify and mitigate risks, conflicts, and obstacles that could impact project delivery. Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and accountability among project teams to drive success and achieve project objectives. Qualifications: Proven experience in project management within the architectural and structural metalwork industry, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Strong technical knowledge of architectural and structural metalwork processes, materials, and fabrication techniques. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Solid understanding of construction management principles, industry standards, and regulations. Commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
