Job Description: Fabric Manager (Carpentry & Joinery) Location: London Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Fabric Manager with a City & Guilds Carpentry & Joinery Certification to lead and manage fabric maintenance across a variety of projects. The ideal candidate will oversee high-quality craftsmanship, ensure compliance with standards, and coordinate with teams to maintain operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Manage fabric maintenance and carpentry/joinery works on-site. Ensure all tasks are completed to high-quality and safety standards. Plan and oversee day-to-day operations and resource allocation. Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams. Conduct inspections and provide reports on maintenance activities. Requirements: City & Guilds Certification in Carpentry & Joinery. Proven experience in fabric management or a similar role. Strong leadership and communication skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence. Previous experience working on a Heritage site
