Commissioning Tender Engineer

Rubicon Consulting is currently recruiting for a Commissioning Tender Engineer on a 6 month Contract, located in Staffordshire. This is a hybrid based role Role Summary Responsible for the definition & execution of commissioning activities during ITO ensuring smooth transition and handover to OTR on several small to medium projects & service contracts, acting under the direction and on behalf of the Senior Commissioning Manager and ITO Leader You will define the commissioning strategy during the ITO stage of the project (S). You will ensure that the Safety, Quality, Costs and Delivery comply with client specifications, eventual contractual obligations, company policy and key performance indicators. Main Tasks Provides support in the preparation of budget/target forecasts & sequencing of commissioning activities. Provides support in the preparation of tender documents related to commissioning activities. Actively provides any other required commissioning support to the tendering teams. Requirements Ability to integrate with the Clients wider team. Ability to communicate effectively in English, and to accurately and concisely report both verbally and in writing. Additional language proficiency in European languages will be an added advantage. IT proficiency including commissioning specific platforms & tools.
