Job Title:- Intermediate Quantity Surveyor Location-West London Type:- Perm Salary:- Negotiable With a turnover of over £50 million, one of UK’S leading High End Residential Contractors are seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience within High End Residential Projects Assist with Monthly review of profit reports to ascertain project cost position Assist with Preparation of monthly valuations both client side and the supply chain Assist Negotiation and procurement of sub-contractor packages Assist Preparation of pre-tender profit plan Assist Management of cost changes throughout project Assist Preparation of cashflow forecasts Assist with Agreement of final accounts both upstream & downstream Assist with Preparation of main contract documentation, collateral warranties, and consultant appointment Ideal candidate must be immediately available, or a month's notice must be able to travel into West End and have previous experience working within High End Residential Projects valued between £5-£10 Million Should you meet the above requirements, please send your updated CV to the below email address
