You will be required to control all financial and technical aspect of contracts. Your key responsibilities will be; Valuations Monthly reporting CVRs Measurement, Pricing and Evaluation of tenders Cost management Knowledge / Experience required Professional Qualification or working towards (e.g. HNC/HND/Degree/Diploma) or equivalent Previous experience of working with bill of quants, schedules of rates, design and build contracts etc. Experience in commercial management and procurement of subcontractors Ability to demonstrate a good knowledge of monthly reporting Experienced with direct and subcontract labour Next steps: For an informal discussion please call Cat or Jo on (phone number removed) or apply as instructed.
