Account Manager (AECO) – British Columbia – Vancouver We are looking to fill the position of an Account Manager in our growing AECO sales team. The Account Manager is responsible for driving growth within an existing customer base while developing new opportunities for British Columbia-based accounts. This role focuses on increasing sales for consulting services and software solutions, as well as maintaining and strengthening relationships with established clients. Key responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service and acting as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams—such as Renewal Specialists, Customer Success Representatives, and Professional Services—to ensure client needs are understood and addressed effectively. Success in this role requires outstanding communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, excellent organizational capabilities, and the capacity to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments. In this role, you will: • Plan and execute selling strategies to grow the revenue base and to form strong relationships with customers, partners, and other internal sales teams. • Attend customer meetings, events and training. • Collaborate with marketing and team members to run/attend events in line with company growth strategies, become familiar with sales promotions, and guide business planning on an ongoing basis. • Act as a representative of SolidCAD and give presentations to client groups. • Foster strong workplace relationships to create a positive work environment. • Document and track activities and contacts utilizing Salesforce (or another CRM) and regularly update sales forecasts About you: • Possess 1-2 years of experience in a sales-related role, preferably in a B2B environment, or equivalent experience gained through internships, projects, or entry-level positions. • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and confidently. • A strong team player with a knack for organization and multitasking, capable of managing priorities effectively. • Self-motivated and eager to learn, with the ability to work independently while seeking guidance when needed. • A driven and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about sales and excited to grow in a fast-paced environment.
