Release Coordinator

Release Coordinator 12 Month Contract Hybrid 5x a Month Rate: 45-55/h depending on relative experience JOB DESCRIPTION Insight Global is seeking an experienced Release Coordinator to join a leading financial institution in Toronto, ON on a contract basis. As a Release Coordinator, you will collaborate closely with Product Owners to coordinate user onboarding and communicate necessary requirements. You will manage and oversee the release calendar, ensuring timely and successful releases. Your role involves facilitating communication between cross-functional teams to align on release goals and timelines, monitoring and reporting on release progress, and identifying and mitigating risks. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with quality standards and release protocols, while providing support and training to users during the onboarding process. This is a hybrid role requiring 1x a week every 4th Friday onsite in downtown Toronto. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE -3-5 years of release experience, preferably within FI -Strong understanding of data analytics and related technologies, including Power BI and Tableau -Excellent communication and organizational skills -Experience facilitating communication between cross-functional teams NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE -Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
