DevOps Engineer

DevOps Engineer (Contract Position) Number of Positions: 4 Duration: 6 months Location: Toronto, ON, CA Must be eligible to work in Canada Hybrid position, a minimum of 2d/w onsite is mandatory, in Toronto or Montreal FT Perm option for the right candidate Roles and responsibilities: Help various project teams to provision cloud infrastructure on AWS, Snowflake and Databricks resources. Help and support project teams to build CICD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub actions in order to deploy applications to different environments. Provide support to various project teams on the environments, help Data Scientists, Data Engineers, AI Engineers, BA and QA on various requests, such as troubleshoot the error, access control, monitoring, alerting, patching, and other operational supports. Must have: ​AWS, S3, Lambda, CloudWatch, Security Hub, VPC, PrivateLink, Backup, DR, Cost Explorer Terraform, Terraform Cloud, Github, Github action, Jenkins Snowflake, Database, Virtual Warehouse, Snowpipe Databricks, workspace, jobs, clusters, PrivateLink 5 years' experience in cloud environment AWS, extensive knowledges and experiences in S3, Lambda, CloudWatch, VPC, Data Backup, AWS Backup. 1-2 years on Snowflake or/and Databricks management is highly recommended Basic knowledge of Data Scientist, Data Engineering, AI Engineering. Hands-on experience on CICD and automation tools, such as Terraform, Jenkins, GitHub, Dynatrace, Prisma Cloud etc. being customer driven, with great communication and collaboration skills.
