Microsoft Dynamics Consultant

Permanent role (contract option available), remote (EST hours), with occasional travel to the GTA. Job Description: Insight Global is looking for qualified candidates to join a growing team with our global consulting client. The qualified candidates will join the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations practice. Your expertise as a Senior Consultant will allow you to design solutions that are usable, scalable, fit-for-purpose, and maintainable. You will leverage emerging Microsoft and Azure-based technologies to address clients’ specific needs. Your experience in implementing Dynamics AX and D365 as a Senior Consultant through the entire journey of Analysis, Design, Build, Test, Deploy, and Support will be essential to your success. Qualified candidates can be located across Canada and should be enthusiastic about joining our client for long-term career growth and development. Day to Day Understand clients’ business requirements and work with both functional and technical consultants to design solutions that address these requirements. Provide leadership to the delivery team through the implementation. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to foster process improvement and delivery of D365 Finance implementations. Maintain a high level of expertise and current knowledge of all features of the Dynamics 365 platform and the Azure stack capabilities. Work with near shore and offshore teams and delivery centres. Requirements: 10 years’ experience in a professional consulting environment with D365 ERP implementation as your focus. 7 years’ experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations in a hands-on role implementing Finance Modules and associate sub modules including AP, AR, GL, Budgeting, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, etc. At least 5 full lifecycle ERP implementations in a Senior Consultant or Lead Consultant role. Excitement around emerging technologies and interest in financial systems, traceability, and controls. Knowledge of MS Azure as a platform and associated technologies like AppSource and Microsoft’s partnering model. Experience integrating D365 ERP with third-party systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Willingness to travel within North America (Canada & US) as required. Compensation: $120K - $150K per year full benefits packages Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
