Business System Analyst

Business System Analyst (Contract Position) Number of Positions: 1 Duration: 7 months, possible extension Location: Montreal or Toronto Must be eligible to work in Canada Hybrid position, a minimum of 2d/w onsite mandatory Roles and responsibilities: As a Business Analyst, you will play a leading role in the management of IT Services and the delivery of telephony projects within the IT Services portfolio. You will need to understand the business or technical vision and objectives. In addition to gathering and documenting business or technical requirements, you will need to communicate them in appropriate language to the relevant audiences. In collaboration with the various members of the project team, you will analyze solutions, develop test plans that you will execute at the appropriate time, and finally, participate in the implementation of the solution. You'll need to build and maintain strong business relationships. You will also collaborate with the change management team. Must have skills and qualifications: - 7 to 10years of experience in IT Service Management (HPSM, Remedy, Jira Service Management, ServiceNow) - Strong Stakeholder analysis, Stakeholder mapping, Process change, Communication Training, Change management / Good follow-up and potential coordination of various deployments - Technologies required: Infrastructure, M365, Gen AI, Cloud / ServiceNow (an asset) / Strong knowledge of key IT service management processes (ITSM) / Incident management / Problem management / Change management Certification and/or experience: ITIL (an asset) / CBAP or PMI-PBA (an asset)
