Tibco Developer

Our challenge We are seeking a skilled TIBCO Developer with a strong focus on TIBCO BusinessWorks 5.x to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks 5.x. This role requires a strong understanding of integration patterns, web services, and enterprise application integration. Additional Information The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Mississauga, ON is CAD $120k - $125k/year & benefits (see below). The Role Responsibilities: Develop and implement integration solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks 5.x. Collaborate with business analysts and other stakeholders to gather requirements and design integration solutions. Create and maintain integration processes, workflows, and services using TIBCO BusinessWorks 5.x. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing integration solutions for performance and reliability. Ensure adherence to best practices for integration architecture and design. Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities. Document integration processes and maintain technical specifications. Provide support and maintenance for existing TIBCO BusinessWorks 5.x applications. Requirements: Proven experience as a TIBCO Developer with a focus on BusinessWorks 5.x. Strong understanding of TIBCO BusinessWorks 5.x architecture, components, and design patterns. Experience with web services (SOAP/REST), XML, XSLT, and message formats (JSON, CSV). Familiarity with TIBCO EMS, TIBCO ActiveMatrix, and other TIBCO product integrations is a plus. Proficient in troubleshooting and debugging integration issues. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. It would be great if you also had: Experience with database technologies (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.). Knowledge of Agile methodologies and best practices in software development. Understanding of CI/CD processes and tools.
