Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to senior management and the project team, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents. Assist with the organization and coordination of internal and external meetings, events, and conferences. Manage office supplies and handle day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations. Respond to client inquiries and provide assistance as needed. Maintain accurate records and assist with document management. Skills and Experience: Administrative Expertise: Proven experience in an administrative assistant role, ideally in a real estate, construction, or development environment. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal teams and clients. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role. Education: Post-secondary diploma in office administration, business administration, or a related field.
