THIS IS THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU We are looking for candidates willing to join our Project Controlling department. You will sustain the Company’s Accounting, Planning and Control Team by preparing reports and controlling activities, ensuring that they are carried out efficiently and in line with the best practices. You will work with the Project Control Manager and the Project Control Team in controlling the projects, envisioning and promptly suggesting corrective and improving actions in line with corporate procedures and working instructions. Moreover, you will be involved in the following activities: Support the Project Manager and other project functions as a Business Partner. Support the team in the process of monitoring the financial and economical status of projects, the updated schedule, risks and opportunities. Prepare, together with the Project Manager, the best estimate to complete the costs, invoicing, cash-in, guarantees, coverages and setting up the cost control system. Be the owner of the project in the cost control system during the entire project life: order intake, execution phase, warranty. Support the team in the control of all financial movements within the project, ensuring that they are reported correctly and accurately. If necessary, take part in visits to assembly sites to carry out these tasks. Support the Project Manager in updating the project life forecasts and interact with the Planning and Controlling team for the preparation of the budget and quarterly forecasts. Cooperate with the team to prepare and submit project control reports to management together with the Project Manager, following the project review cycle and ensuring deadlines are met. In case of Multi-Legal Entity or Multi-BU projects, coordinate with Lead Project Controllers to build the consolidated view. Required profile: Master’s Degree in Management Engineering or Economy fields; Erasmus or exchange experiences is a plus; Knowledge of the English language is mandatory. A second language, apart from English, is added value; Proficient Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Familiarity and ability to use CRM and/or ERP (ex SAP) Software is added value; Proactive, committed and solution/results driven; Autonomous and Organizational Skills/Time Management; Ability to plan and manage multiple tasks/projects.
