Job Purpose We are looking for a Data Privacy Specialist to provide a highly professional and wide-ranging assistance and support to the Group Compliance team. This role will be based in our HQ in Milan. Key Responsibilities RoPA and notices maintenance and update : Maintain and update detailed record of processing activities. Ensure the drafting or update of data protection notices, in line with business needs. Support the Group Privacy Manager : Support the Group Privacy Manager in management of compliance with applicable privacy requirements, including the management of data breaches, the development of group policies, and the monitoring of privacy compliance activities in affiliates. Handle enquiries : Address data privacy practices enquiries coming via the DPO email address, including the timely redirection of the request to relevant colleagues in the Group privacy organization. Contractual support : Assist colleagues in the review of data protection clauses, data processing agreements, and data transfer requirements. Required Education Law degree (qualified lawyer as a plus) Required Skills and Experience 2-3 years of experience in data protection, with strong knowledge and understanding of the GDPR, preferably in a multinational environment. Experience in managing data privacy issues in a global organization. Ability to conduct data protection impact assessments, draft notices, manage data breaches, and reply to data subjects’ requests. Ability to conduct data privacy compliance reviews and manage the implementation of possible action plans. Required Behaviours and Competencies Strong organization skills and flexible approach; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Interest in learning about data protection requirements in multiple jurisdictions; Problem-solving attitude; Ability to communicate with a wide range of people; Maintain attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Required Languages Fluent in English is mandatory. If English native speaker, good command of Italian is also requested. Additional European languages are an advantage but not essential.
