Job Summary This position is part of BLUTEK Finance and Controlling function, which tasks include a variety of general accounting functions which may include month-end journal entries, AP/AR, closings, credit and/or collections, tax reporting, payroll reporting. Responsibilities and activities Control of SDI invoices, receipt, printing, registration, and archiving of passive invoices Bank transactions registration and reconciliation Printing and archiving of bank accounting statements Sending SDI active and passive invoices Printing and archiving of active invoices Management of import documentation, with storage and traceability of customs invoices Completion and submission of Intrastat lists VAT liquidation and printing of tax registers Preparation of documents for LIPE, VAT return, CU, and financial statements Monthly adjusting entries (accruals, deferrals, amortizations) for file mapping Client-supplier balance reconciliation (IC) Archiving and payment of F24 forms (RA, VAT, employee contributions, stamp duties, taxes, etc.) Payroll registration, sending and archiving of payslips and CU (certifications) Credit card transactions registration employee expense reports registration and verification of supporting documents Switchboard/telephone answering Management, creation, and sending of declarations of intent Control of issued VAT plafond Budget reporting Liaison with payroll offices, accountants, and auditors Qualifications Experience in accounting and reporting in a global manufacturing or in a manufacturing environment Bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, Business Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Experience in SAP, HFM and Essbase systems preferable Excellent written and oral communication in Italian and English What we Offer Dynamic international working environment Equity Grant program Linkedin learning access Special Accommodation If you are a person with a disability and need assistance applying for a job, please submit a request .
