Group HR Business Partner

In order to strengthen our structure, we are looking for an HR Business Partner who will be the point of contact for all HR topics for our business areas. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for supporting leaders and the Cerved Group HR function in defining, developing, and executing the People Strategy that enables the achievement of the business strategy and the improvement of the employee experience. In particular, the person will cover the following activities: Partnering with people managers to deliver the business strategy; Acting as a focal point to collect and understand people and business needs in terms of learning, career development, compensation, etc.; Analyzing data to guide business decisions; Ensuring compliance with Italian labour legislation in all interactions between the organization and employees; Managing full life cycle recruiting processes from job posting and screening to HR interviews, offer negotiation, and feedback, partnering with Hiring Managers to choose the best candidates for the organization. The person we are looking for: Is graduated in Law, Economics, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or other similar fields; Has developed 3 to 5 years of experience in HR positions (ideally as HR Business Partner) in structured companies or consulting firms; Has a good knowledge of Italian labour law; Has strong relational skills and is able to interact with internal and external stakeholders, showing empathy, proactivity, and business acumen; Has good problem-solving skills and an analytical attitude; Has excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and fluent English.
