Senior Oracle Functional Consultant - ERP/Cloud Module

Position : Senior Oracle Functional Consultant Job type : Contractual Duration : 6 Months CTC : Best in the Industry Job Description : Key Responsibilities : - Act as a subject matter expert and lead functional tracks for Oracle ERP Cloud Applications in Financial modules. - Deliver solutions based on accounting principles and financial module requirements. - Complete project tasks and deliverables within established timelines, ensuring high quality written documentation. - Lead workshops to gather and define business requirements from clients. - Perform gap analysis between Oracle Cloud functionality and client requirements, recommending solutions. - Document gaps, issues, and solution process flows. - Create and update RAID items in coordination with the PMO and client for timely resolution. - Map customers' business processes to Oracle Cloud Applications. - Configure Oracle Cloud modules to align with business needs. - Manage financial data migration from legacy systems to Oracle Cloud Applications. - Develop functional designs for technical objects and document test criteria. - Create testing scenarios and scripts and lead testing events (unit, integration, and acceptance testing). - Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions with clients. - Collaborate with cross-functional project teams and technical leads to deliver integrated solutions. - Execute project activities in adherence to client-defined methodologies and templates. What We Are Looking For : - 6-10 years of experience with Oracle ERP Applications. - Proficiency in Oracle Financials modules : GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management, with Shared HR knowledge. - Hands-on experience in 2 to 3 full lifecycle implementations. - Expertise in data migration from legacy systems or Oracle EBS to Cloud. - Understanding of P2P, O2C, and A2R processes and their integration with finance modules. - Knowledge of Revenue Management and Advanced Collections modules (preferred). - Strong background in business process consulting, problem definition, global design workshops, and process analysis.
