Senior Oracle Cloud/Financials Functional Consultant - E2E Implementation

Below are the details : Position - As a Senior Oracle Functional Consultant Job type - Contractual Duration - 6 Months CTC - Best in the Industry Key Responsibilities : - Lead the assessment, design, implementation, and deployment of Oracle Cloud Financials. - Collaborate with client stakeholders to execute all phases of the implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment following the Oracle Unified Method (OUM). - Architect solution options leveraging Oracle Cloud Financials capabilities to address business needs and pain points. - Create high-quality documentation of functional and technical solution designs for review and approval. - Configure Oracle Cloud Financials modules (AR, GL, CM, RM) and ensure alignment with business requirements. - Develop custom solutions across reports, integrations, conversions, and extensions. - Manage the continuous development of industry-specific accelerators, such as templates, best practices, and automation tools. - Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to business development while upskilling team members for financial transformation projects. - Identify opportunities to expand expertise into other technology ecosystems beyond Oracle. - Track, monitor, and resolve functional and technical issues during implementation. - Manage Oracle Service Requests (SRs) from initiation to resolution. - Deliver scalable solutions to address complex business challenges. Required Skills and Experience : - 6 years of experience with Oracle Cloud Financials, including 2-3 full lifecycle implementations. - 6 years of experience with Oracle ERP Financials, including OM, AR, and RM. - Strong expertise in the O2C (Order-to-Cash) process, encompassing GL, AR, RM, and Cash Management modules. - Oracle Financials Cloud (AR, CM, GL) Certified Professional (preferred). - Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders and handle high-pressure situations. - Experience in UAT cycles, user training, and documentation. - Proven ability to coordinate with test teams for executing test cycles. - Skilled in training end-users and supporting business operations post-go-live. - Self-motivated to achieve high standards of service and on-time project delivery. - Willingness to travel to client locations as required.
