On-site, you are the go-to person: you coordinate operations, ensure quality, and make sure everything runs on schedule. With your HVAC expertise, you turn every project into a success. What you will do daily : supervise technicians and subcontractors on HVAC construction sites track deliveries and ensure equipment availability conduct quality and safety checks to guarantee compliant installations perform administrative tasks related to site management motivate your team to meet deadlines and stay on schedule maintain smooth and continuous communication with the Project Manager and Engineer Profile What you bring : a technical A2 diploma 6 years of experience as a Site Manager excellent technical knowledge in HVAC the ability to read and understand technical plans proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel) strong organizational skills and effective communication fluency in French and a good command of Dutch and English Join an environment where your expertise truly matters, on large-scale technical projects.
