Junior Quantity Surveyor

The Labour Group are currently looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor to work for a Leading M&E contractor at Heathrow Airport. Key Responsibilities: Working closely with a Senior Quantity Surveyor. Undertake the cost aspects of the refurbishment project from inception to completion. Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client specifications. Provide regular cost reports and project forecasts to senior management and clients. Conduct cost analysis and cost control measures to keep the project within budget. Assist in the procurement process, including the selection and management of subcontractors and suppliers. Ensure that all contractual obligations are met and any issues are resolved in a timely manner. Monitor the financial performance of the project and report on any risks or opportunities for cost savings. Work closely with site teams and consultants to ensure efficient project delivery
