Commercial Gas Engineer

Company: The FM division of an international construction, engineering and FM contractor who have an enviable reputation for staff retention and employee welfare. The Role: Working exclusively across one contract, you will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of all commercial heating plant across numerous commercial buildings in and around Merseyside. You will also carry out first line maintenance of mechanical services (AHU's, FCU's, basic plumbing). Excellent opportunities exist for career advancement. The Person: It is essential that you are a qualified commercial gas engineer and have experience of working in a facilities management environment. Salary and Package: Basic Salary up to £42k, private use of the van, 30 mins each way travel, 26 Days holiday,2 well being days plus Bank holidays, up to 8% pension. Life insurance , Sick pay. 1 in 3 call out
