CNC Turning Chargehand £45,000 Huntingdonshire It's a great time to be joining this company, with them currently working on some extremely high technology automotive projects. They are built on a strong foundation of automotive and motorsport, now focusing their attentions on the growth of the EV sector. They have a fantastic reputation within their sectors for the quality of their work and quick turnaround of parts. The role; They are looking for an experienced supervisor from a CNC Turning background to lead a small but highly skilled Turning department. You will need to be an ex-machinist so you have a strong understanding of the processes involved with CNC Turning. On the supervisory side you will need a couple of years' experience as a supervisor, team leader or charge hand. Your tasks will include delegating work, carrying out appraisals, ensure the quality standards are being met and looking into any training requirements. What we need from you; Experienced CNC Turning background Supervisory experience Ideally Haas, Fanuc or Siemens controls Work from technical drawings They are an established sub contract manufacturer who have gone through a re-vamp in recent years that have earnt themselves a great reputation within the industries for their work.
