This is an exciting opportunity to join a regional market leader with a strong pipeline of projects over the next 3-5 years. The Role: As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take the commercial lead on projects across the commercial, healthcare, and education sectors, managing costs, contracts, and ensuring financial efficiency. Key Responsibilities: ✔ Overseeing project finances from inception to completion ✔ Managing subcontractor procurement and contracts ✔ Ensuring compliance with JCT Design & Build contracts ✔ Leading projects and mentoring junior surveyors ✔ Collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and project teams Requirements: ✅ Quantity Surveying degree preferred ✅ Proven main contractor experience ✅ Strong knowledge of JCT Design & Build contracts ✅ Ability to lead projects and drive commercial success This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a top-tier contractor on exciting projects in the Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, and Buckinghamshire region.
