Contracts Manager

Job Title: Contracts Manager Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 Car Allowance Holiday Pension Private Health 5x Life Assurance Mental Health Support Location: Northampton Sector: Offsite Construction Are you an experienced contracts manager with experience on full turnkey new build construction? Would you enjoy working on a bespoke modular builds? We are looking to talk to experienced contracts managers to join a family run business delivering bespoke modular builds across the education and commercial sectors. You will be delivering projects from inception to completion, having full responsibility and oversight of the commercial functions. You will be manage 3 to 4 live jobs at any given time working closely with the head of construction and QS to ensure their successful delivery. They are ideally looking for someone within 1 hours' commute of their HQ in Northampton but could be open to speaking to people further afield. The successful candidate should also be happy with travelling nationwide to sites. As a contracts manager you will be expected to: Manage site costs and project budgets with a strong focus on commercial performance Lead and coordinate project delivery teams, ensuring timelines, quality, and budgets are met Maintain strong client relationships and ensure excellent communication across stakeholders Be confident in managing projects up to £5m in valueWe would welcome conversations with contracts managers who: Proven experience as a contracts manager in the main contractor sector Strong commercial skill set Familiarity with ASTA Powerproject software (preferred but not essential) Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at once Education project experience is an advantageIf you are interested in this role please contact ARV Solutions or click 'Apply' to submit your CV for consideration.
