Supervisor Opportunity Join a leading strip-out demolition company with over 12 years of success and an annual turnover of £3M. Specializing in Cat B refurbishments and complete strip-outs, we manage projects worth £10k-£300k across London, the Midlands, Norfolk, and Birmingham. The Role We’re looking for an ambitious Supervisor to lead teams on soft strip and light demolition projects. You’ll manage site logistics, daily operations, and ensure safety and efficiency. What You’ll Need minimum CSCS Silver/Gold Experience in Strip out or fit out, demolition, civils, or groundworks. Ability to read drawings, plan works and adhere to Health & Safety standards. What We Offer Salary: £52,000 - £60,000 (£180-£220/day, DOE). Benefits: Car allowance (£400-£500/month) fuel card, pension, 20 days holiday, and potential for a company car. Location HQ based in Harlow with travel for projects across London, the Midlands, Northampton, Norfolk, and Birmingham (accommodation provided for distant sites).
