Head of Decarbonisation and Energy Services Nationwide Sphere Solutions are working with a successful and long-standing property maintenance and refurbishment contractor to recruit a Head of Decarbonisation & Energy Services, on a national basis. In a nutshell, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of decarbonisation projects, developing high-performing teams and expanding the companies market presence. Applicants must be aware this role will require a lot of traveling, overnight stays and time spent on the road between offices & sites. Suitable candidates will possess the following: CMI Level 7 Certificate in Strategic Management & Leadership, or equivalent Higher level qualifications within construction or similar Experience within a similar role is essential Advanced proficiency in Excel (Pitman Excel Cert – advantageous) CSCS Managers card Must have a proven background of leading teams through change and complex challenges In return: Salary ranging from £70,000-£75,000 depending on experience and qualifications Car Allowance & fuel card Bonus scheme Impressive holiday allowance, above the market average.
