Project Administrator

Project Administrator We have a really nice opportunity for a longstanding client of ours, located between Cheltenham and Tewkesbury, who are looking for a Project Administrator to join their team. Ideally, they are looking for someone with a background in construction, or a similar industry such as fire or security protection, or even electrical installation. The Project Administrator will be responsible for: Delivering excellent customer service at all times, sometimes with customers who are experiencing difficulties that our client resolves, so at times under stress Onboarding all new projects, with administrative support in getting everything on to the system and workflows mapped out Organising the schedules of engineers who travel out to sites around the country Raising invoices We are looking for a Purchasing Administrator with: A strong administrative background; demonstrable experience in a similar role of at least 2 years Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to defuse difficult customers An understanding of, or interest in project management, as this role is a vital link between the customer service and project management teams Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail A hard working attitude, with confidence in their abilities and the ability to share skills with team achievement at the forefront This is a full-time, permanent role, with office hours of 8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday-Friday. Our client is offering a salary of £30-35,000pa, plus benefits including 25 days annual leave, plus Bank Holidays and an annual bonus scheme.
