Job Vacancy: Teaching Assistant (Reception class) NO 1:1 SEN Location:Neasden, Brent, NW10 Contract Type: Full-time, long term until July 2025 initially Start Date: 24/02/2025 Pay: £90 - £110 per day Magisters Education are excited to be recruiting a dedicated and passionate Reception Class Teaching Assistant to join a friendly mainstream primary school in Neasden, Brent, NW10. This is a fantastic opportunity to support young learners in their early education journey while making a positive impact on their academic and social development. Key Responsibilities: Assist the class teacher in supporting children’s learning and development in the reception class. Help implement lesson plans and work with small groups or individual students. Support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), ensuring they are engaged and progressing. Provide a safe, caring, and stimulating learning environment. Promote positive behaviour and support students in their social and emotional development. Support in the preparation and organization of classroom activities and resources. Requirements: Minimum 1 year experience working with Reception aged children, in a primary school setting. Experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is highly desirable. A caring, patient, and positive approach to working with children. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. What We Offer: Competitive daily rate of £90 – £110. Full-time, long-term position (Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm). Supportive and friendly school environment.
