OFSTED rated OUTSTANDING Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons for EYFS pupils Create a stimulating, safe, and nurturing environment that promotes independent learning and exploration Monitor and assess children’s progress, providing feedback and tailored support to ensure individual growth Develop strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues Collaborate with other EYFS staff to ensure a cohesive and consistent approach to teaching and learning Essential Skills & Experience: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS) Experience teaching in EYFS, with a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for working with young children and a commitment to their well-being and development Desirable: Experience with leading or contributing to phonics teaching Knowledge of the statutory assessment requirements within EYFS (e.g., the Early Learning Goals) If you are a dedicated and creative EYFS teacher, committed to providing the very best start for children in their educational journey, we would love to hear from you How to Apply: Please send your CV outlining your experience and suitability for the role
