Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager Location: Rawtenstall Salary: £40,000 - £65,000 depending on experience Job Type: Permanent Red Rock Consultants are recruiting for an Drylining Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager in Rawtenstall. Job Description: You will be required to work with both the commercial and estimating teams to implement all estimating and procurement matters required to ensure the success of projects. Key Responsibilities: To control the financial/commercial aspects of several projects simultaneously Track costs with the site management team to ensure that projects are delivered within budget Attending meetings to provide input and support to the projects To price and prepare monthly financial reports and cashflow forecasts throughout the duration of the projects Requirements: Previous experience with drylining is a must Good knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts CSCS card Full UK driving licence Please apply within or call (phone number removed).
