Mechanical Contracts Manager - Kent - £80,000 - £85,000 Package Career Progression to Mechanical Director Company Overview Our client is currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager to join their team for significant projects within the commercial, healthcare, education, and data centre sectors, with all projects located in Kent. With a diverse portfolio, our client is well-established in delivering high-quality results across multiple sectors Duties Report to a Director Attend and represent the company at on-site meetings Oversee and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery Review and approve technical submittals Coordinate and manage sub-contractors effectively Take responsibility for QA activities on mechanical packages Prepare RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements) and progress reports for sub-contractors and clients Requirements SMSTS and CSCS Black Card are essential Experience working with an M&E sub-contractor is preferred Proven experience in commercial projects or similar sectors Prior experience as a Mechanical Project Manager Stable employment history (minimum of three years in previous roles) Strong understanding of delivering projects in Kent
