Senior Tech Lead Dynamics CRM We are looking for a Senior Tech Lead Dynamics CRM to join our team within a business line focused on Digital Solutions and Microsoft technologies. Key Responsibilities: Analyze business needs to identify effective and feasible solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Translate requirements into functional and technical specifications, ensuring alignment with business goals. Collaborate closely with the development team, project managers, and stakeholders to implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions on time and with agreed quality standards. Ensure deliverables meet security standards and best practices. Manage client relationships, maintaining communication and ensuring satisfaction with delivered solutions. Identify and resolve complex technical challenges, developing appropriate strategies and solutions. Draft and maintain technical-functional documentation for projects. Provide the team with necessary information about business processes and touchpoints. Support pre-sales activities with technical and product consultancy. Conduct training sessions and support users, promoting optimal adoption of implemented solutions. Coordinate and support team members assigned to projects, fostering collaboration and professional growth. Requirements: At least 8 years of experience in consulting firms working on CRM projects. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365CRM modules: Sales Customer Insights Journey Customer Insights Data Omnichannel Service Field Service Ability to understand business needs and solve technical challenges. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with teams, clients, and stakeholders. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
