Job Description

A Relocation & Immigration Consultant functions in support of the eres Italy operations. The main function is to deliver Relocation & Immigration Services to our client’s transferred employees. Functions: Coordination of assigned relocation & immigration services for various accounts Communication and reporting with Client HR or RMC consultant to accept service authorization and assign eres field consultant Communication with Client HR or RMC through the Relocation Program - sending regular updates Communication with client employee (assignee) from the start of the service delivery right through to completion Coordination and communication with eres Field consultant, scheduling of agendas Assistance in all phases of case preparation, including gathering, analyzing, researching, organizing information and preparing legal documents Handling and supervision of government compliance procedures Organization of Home and School Finding Programs Coordination and communication with all third-party providers Handling and supervision of administrative steps (Immigration processes, Social Security registration, Vehicle Import, etc.) Accompanying of assignee to registration procedures as needed Responsible for input of invoicing information and 100% accuracy for these accounts Sending and follow up of assignee questionnaires for these accounts Control of Field Consultants costs and expenses Accurate updating of company ERP, Onyx Compliance with ISO and EuRA GQS requirements for relevant processes and procedures Compliance with client specific requirements (updating client database and document requirements) Attendance of trainings Attendance of Ops Meetings The profile we are looking for Well organized, methodical and efficient Service focused Leadership capabilities Highly developed communication skills Client focused and enthusiastic Solution-oriented Strong personal commitment and the ability to handle stress Interest in dealing with different cultures Experience with Italian authorities and real estate market are a plus We offer Working in eres means working in an international work environment as part of a growing & dynamic team.
