Senior Technical Team Lead AI (Healthcare) We are seeking a Senior Technical Team Lead AI (Healthcare) to join our team within a unit focused on innovation and the development of advanced Artificial Intelligence-based solutions, with a particular emphasis on the healthcare sector. Key Responsibilities: Build strong relationships with clients and manage diverse projects effectively. Lead and support the technical team by sharing expertise and knowledge. Continuously expand knowledge of client needs and opportunities presented by emerging technologies. Take ownership of team deliverables, ensuring alignment with project goals and quality standards. Gather essential requirements for designing solutions and proposals, applying a structured approach to problem-solving and delivery. Experience in clinical data analysis and translating data into practical healthcare solutions will be highly valued. Requirements: Degree in STEM disciplines (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics). Expertise in designing solutions involving Machine Learning models and Artificial Intelligence algorithms. Strong proficiency in Python and its libraries for machine learning and data analysis (e.g., Pandas, TensorFlow, NumPy). Experience in data analysis and visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI. Hands-on experience with Machine Learning and AI techniques, particularly in predictive and classification problems. Familiarity with Microsoft Azure tools and technologies, including Azure Machine Learning, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Cognitive Services. Nice to Have: Experience in the clinical domain, including knowledge of healthcare information systems and challenges related to clinical data analysis.
