Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for a Demand Planner to join our team and take responsibility for sales forecasting, inventory management, and replenishment planning across multiple markets. This role is crucial for optimizing stock levels, ensuring efficient supply chain operations, and supporting business decisions with data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in demand planning, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with production, logistics, and retail teams. Key Responsibilities Sales Analysis & Best-Seller Tracking Monitor sales performance, analyze monthly product trends and identify key items for replenishment orders. Create detailed reports on sales dynamics across different markets. Inventory Management & Stock Control Track stock availability across all markets and predict stock longevity. Identify stock-out risks, overstocking issues, and propose corrective actions. Demand Forecasting & Planning Develop sales forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and store requests. Define replenishment plans and allocate stock based on demand projections. Support product launch planning and new store openings by determining necessary stock quantities. Order Management & Supply Chain Coordination Plan and manage replenishment orders for various markets. Define a supply calendar considering production timelines, logistics, and stock levels. Reporting & Strategic Insights Produce weekly and monthly reports on inventory management and sales performance. Provide business insights and recommendations to optimize stock distribution. Support senior management with data-driven analysis for strategic decision-making. Required Skills & Qualifications A degree in Economics and Management, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain Management , or a related field, is required. 2-3 years of experience in demand planning, inventory management, or retail operations. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modeling). Experience working with ERP systems and Shopify for inventory and sales tracking. Strong knowledge of inventory control, demand forecasting, and stock optimization. Experience working with supply chain and logistics teams (preferred but not essential). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Strong cross-functional collaboration with production, logistics, and retail teams. Fluent English (spoken and written). J-18808-Ljbffr
