Job Description
We are looking for a Salesforce Specialist to design and deliver Salesforce solutions. The mission of this role is to provide technical and functional support to the design and development of the Global CRM platform for Lavazza Group, both for our home and away from home businesses (retail, Ho.re.Ca, OCS/Vending). The Salesforce Specialist reports directly to the Salesforce Solution Center within our Global IT department. Responsibilities: Support the business owners (Sales, Customer Care/Service, Supply Chain, Technical Assistance) in the digitization of the processes enabled by the technology, identifying the best technical and functional solutions, establishing the proper trade-offs. Support the system integrator’s team overseeing the implementation, validating functional and technical analysis, architectural design and following the development, testing, release and go-live phase. Support the Salesforce Competence Center Manager in defining the needs of internal and external resources and the budget to ensure the correct management of IT initiatives in the Salesforce area. For the streams under his/her responsibility, contribute to the delivery, respecting time, quality and budget, manage the releases and backlogs. Anticipate and address the technical and organizational obstacles affecting the team's activities. Support and verify the solutions, supporting the business in testing, validating and adoption. Propose enhancements based on the evolving technology and solutions available in the market. Qualifications: Previous Salesforce experience (3/4 years) with specific knowledge of Sales Cloud & Service Cloud. Foundational knowledge of SAP is considered a plus. Skills: Architecture Design, Application Design and Development, Solution Delivery & Component Integration, Problem and Incident Management. Ability to work in a multi-country environment. Result oriented, Problem solving & Decision Making. Fluent English (any other languages considered a plus). Benefits: Comprehensive welfare package including short working week during summer months.
