Job Description

Full-time Reparto: Cucina Location: Norcia, birthplace of San Benedetto, in the Sibillini Mountains National Park, renowned for its black truffles. The Bianconi family has been offering hospitality since 1850 at the Seneca Palace, a 16th-century establishment. About the Restaurant: Vespasia is a Michelin-starred restaurant that emphasizes local ingredients and craftsmanship. Position Overview: Under the guidance of the Executive Chef, the candidate will assist in kitchen service and the preparation of various dishes, adhering to established guidelines and supporting colleagues as needed. Minimum Requirements: Diploma or qualification in the hotel sector, with relevant training courses. Good knowledge of the Italian language. At least 2 years of experience in high-standard hotels or gourmet/starred restaurants. Knowledge of various cooking and preservation techniques. Organizational skills, team spirit, humility, and flexibility. Candidate Profile: We seek motivated and passionate individuals who can integrate into the team at Palazzo Seneca, committed to hospitality and excellence, with a strong community connection. Contract Details: Fixed-term contract from April 1 to November, with remuneration in line with the Tourism CCNL based on experience. Full-time availability with one day off is required.
