Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join a successful contractor based in Bristol. This role involves working as a Quantity Surveyor on projects ranging from residential, student accommodation, to commercial, with values between £1 - 5 million. In this role you will take charge of all Quantity Surveyor duties from Preconstruction to final accounts from Procurement, measuring and taking off, cost reporting and much more. For this role the client is seeking proven Quantity Surveying experience, ideally from a Contractor or developer background. You will have already had success in leading your own projects.
