Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a reputable housebuilding company. This role involves managing costs, budgets, and contracts to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and within budget. Responsibilities: Prepare cost estimates and budgets for housebuilding projects. Oversee procurement and manage contracts. Monitor and control project costs, ensuring value for money. Liaise with clients, contractors, and project teams. Provide regular progress and financial reports. Requirements: Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in housebuilding. Strong knowledge of construction costs and contract management. Excellent analytical and negotiation skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
