Finance Assistant

Role: Finance Assistant Location: Hertford Hours: 8:00am- 16:00pm, Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours Salary: £25,000-£30,000, dependent on experience Hybrid, after training period & Study Support OA are currently working with a leading organisation within their field and recruiting for an experienced Finance Assistant for a client based in Hertford. Duties of a Finance Assistant: Sales Invoicing, including monthly applications and reconciliation of client PO’s Recording Purchase Invoices received and distribution to heads of departments for authorisation Posting of transactions from the company bank accounts Weekly and Monthly supplier payment runs Preparation and Participation in quarterly stock counts Assisting in daily finance tasks & any ad hoc duties What we would like from you: Previous experience within Accounts / Finance position OR degree in Finance / Accountancy Excellent communication skills; written and verbal High attention to detail Driven and self-motivated AAT Level 2 or 3 Excellent computer skills; including excel If you are interested in this position, please apply online with your CV.
