Employment Solicitor

I am working on an exciting opportunity for an Employment Solicitor to join the established and highly regarded team of a Legal 500 firm in their office in Wolverhampton. This high-performing team have a strong client base across the West Midlands and further afield, and thus enjoy a steady, varied and reliable stream of casework. We are looking for an experienced, organised and highly motivated individual to join a busy team with a view to further developing their skills and provide a quality legal service, acting for both claimants and respondents. The role provides the opportunity to take on a variety of work including: Settlement agreements Redundancy Business re-organisations Unfair dismissal claims Equality and discrimination claims Absence Management Restrictive covenants Contracts, policies, and handbooks The successful candidate will have a minimum of a years post qualification experience with both respondents and claimants. NQ's with relevant experience will also be considered. Salary: £42000 - £48000 depending on experience Flexible working arrangements available
