My client is looking for a Non – Contentious Construction Associate (5) PQE who is looking for a progression opportunity where they can accelerate their career with a flexible, friendly, and high-performing firm, this could be your next role. The successful candidate will need: Experience drafting and negotiating on all the major standard forms of contract, including JCT and NEC4 Experience acting for private and public sector clients including developers, healthcare providers, education institutions, transport authorities, main contractors, sub-contractors and consultants. Acting across a wide range of sectors with clients involved in commercial development, PRS, student accommodation, local government, transport, education, health, utilities, energy and investment.
