Our client, a highly regarded firm in Leamington Spa are looking for a residential property solicitor or licensed conveyancer to join their expanding and busy team. The caseload is a mix and will involve a range of sales and purchases, re-mortgages, residential development and landlord and tenant work. The candidate: NQ – 4PQE. A 2:1 degree is desirable, but not essential. An eagerness to engage in BD initiatives to grow the department is important. Benefits: Competitive salary DOE, including team-driven bonus scheme.
