Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Mobile Electrical Building Services Engineer required to cover West London area, to £47k plus plenty of overtime and great benefits. Our client is a leading technical services provider who specialises in High profile Commercial Buildings Nationwide. Due to contract awards they are looking for a Mobile Multi Skilled HVAC / Building Services Engineer to cover a number of sites in the West London area. Role Planned Maintenance on Electrical and HVAC plant, undertaking reactives and PPM's in a range of High End Commercial buildings. Conduct site walk rounds and complete reports. AHU's, FCU's Checking UPS systems Checking / repairing lighting / lamps / LED's/ ballasts etc Checking Air Conditioning / Chiller Systems Checking boilers / heating systems Conduct tap and temperature tests Changing belts / pumps etc Changing / cleaning filters Minor alterations to BMS set points. Location Covering a number of Commercial properties in the general West London area. Experience required Electrical /HVAC Building services / facilities maintenance background. Electrical qualifications beneficial - such as NVQ City & Guilds Level 2/3 along with 18th Edition and Testing & Inspection but not essential, solid experience as a Maintenance Engineer is key. Understanding of Electrical / HVAC PPM's, plant maintenance in a commercial environment (Not domestic or install). Must be smart and presentable, have excellent communication skills and be client facing as you will be interacting with the client on sites on a daily basis. Ideal candidate will live in or around West / South West or North West London area.
